Returns and Refund Policy

We hope you love your Re:connection Skincare products as much as we do, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to offer a credit coupon for your next purchase or refund you the cost of the products you return to us. Please note the following conditions apply:

  • You will be eligible for a refund or a credit coupon within 14 days of purchase.
  • The products you return to us must be in their original, unopened and unused condition. For hygiene reasons we are unable to refund any products that have been opened or that are in an unsellable condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund for such purchase.
  • For hygiene reasons no refunds can be issued on any of our deodorants and facial cleansers.
  • You will be responsible for the return shipping and additional postage costs. 
  • We can only offer credit coupon if you wish to return a sale item.

  • Your name
  • Your order number
  • Item you wish to refund

We will contact you with return instructions within 2 business days.

We recommend items are returned using Royal Mail's 1st class recorded, or 2nd class recorded service. Re:connection Skincare is not responsible for any products that are lost or damaged while being returned.
